I can't say that photography is a passion of mine, yet it sparks a sense of peace within me just as my painting does. I don't paint much anymore, it seems I simply no longer have that something that a canvas requires. To be honest I'm not sure I have what it takes to make an excellent or even a good photographer, I don't have a firm grasp on the machinics of a photograph and as I've already said I don't feel the passion.

To be honest, it both saddens and excites me that I no longer paint. Sad because the time I spent painting were hours spent in total self indulgence, but excitted because I no longer feel the dark, depression my art came from...
